What is the Optical transceiver Module?
Optical transceivers are also called fiber optic transceivers, optical modules. It is Active devices. This is a single, packaged device that uses fiber optic technology to transmit and receive data. 'Transceiver' is a combination of the words 'transmitter' and 'receiver'. It is an important part of the optical network equipment. It uses electronic components to condition and encode/decode data to make it an optical pulse, which is then sent to the other end in the form of an electrical signal.
